**We will count on you to**:
- Maintain Xplan and all other client databases and transaction records.
- Ensure all online systems and resources are operational, maintained, and current
- Provide exceptional implementation support to all clients
- Updating client information on Xplan and producing reports from Xplan
- Add file notes to Xplan
**What you need to have**:
- Excellent communication both written and verbal
- Good team player who will enjoy working with a positive and highly motivated team of professionals
- Ability to meet deadlines, manage competing deadlines and work well under pressure
- Exceptional organisational skills, including the capacity to anticipate needs of senior stakeholders
- Excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility, when occasional projects require extra resources
- Strong background in working with financial services platform XPlan
- Technically astute with an ability to resolve complex data issues
- Strong computer skills (MS Word, Outlook, Excel and Xplan)
