**About**:
One of the largest insurance Brokers in New Zealand. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, they pride themselves on delivering efficient and effective solutions to their clients' insurance needs. This is a permanent role, based in Auckland CBD.

**What You'll Do**:

- Act as a dedicated support resource, offering personalised assistance and guidance throughout their client engagements.
- Collaborate closely with broker to gather necessary information and identify opportunities for growth.
- Processing renewals and complete regulation and compliance documentation.
- Facilitate seamless communication between the broker and various internal teams, ensuring smooth execution of client transactions.
- Study for your level 5 certification alongside your job - all paid for by them

**What You'll Bring**:

- A strong interest in the financial industry, preferably with experience in a support broker role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with brokers and internal stakeholders.
- A proactive and self-driven mindset, always seeking opportunities to provide exceptional support to the broker.
- A commitment to continuous learning and professional development, with a desire to pursue your Level 5 certification.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in your work.
