**Project Manager** opportunity to join our ANZ Marketing Team.

This
***role is responsible for the flawless execution of NZ Snacks Innovation and Product Improvement projects.

This is a high-profile role that works very closely with Marketing, Sales and Supply Chain. You will be provided with the opportunity to gain cross-functional experience & exposure to senior leadership within the PepsiCo organisation.

**In this role, you will be responsible for**:

- The project management of innovation, marketing activities and product improvement projects, ensuring flawless execution and execution in Project Management
- The leadership of cross functional project teams to deliver projects to the agreed in-market launch dates
- Collaborating with the wider business functions to enable successful project execution
- Leading & facilitating trade-off & course-correction discussions with senior stakeholders for innovation projects
- Building team standards via continuous process improvement, tools, and templates

Qualifications:
**Requirements**:

- You are a strong project manager who understand P&L drivers, with a strong determination to deliver projects on budget and within required timelines
- You are highly organised to be able to deliver multiple projects, and remain adaptable to changing circumstances
- You are a natural communicator and collaborator, who is at ease building strong and meaningful working relationships cross-functionally
- You are proficient in MS Office Suite

**In addition to the above, the following is advantageous**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in business or equivalent
- Working knowledge of how to develop and launch FMCG innovations, and its processes
