We have a strong sales team based in our Palmerston North branch who are looking for their next leader. They are driven, successful and experienced in the market with an established customer base and are ready to be developed and supported by a skilled manager who leads by example. You will take pride in your team, be actively engaged and want to build sales yourself as well as supporting the branch and recognising stellar effort (which we have plenty of)

Your main focus will be developing your team as well as driving the stores sales and operational capacity. Meeting your own sales targets, you will thrive on being part of the action and interacting with customers, consulting with them in-store and on-site. You will also have a commercial focus and be motivated to expand our commercial operation and offering.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide leadership in sales activities and ensure the sales team achieve their agreed objectives and sales targets
- Oversee all operations, ensuring all installation projects are coordinated and inventory and stock is managed efficiently
- Monitor and manage operating costs and sales targets, ensuring budget for the financial year is met
- Responsibility for the store’s overall P/L
- Leading and inspiring store team to meet or exceed commercial goals
- Create a strong learning and development culture through ongoing and continuous opportunistic coaching, mentoring and support for employees
