We have two opportunities within our Structural Drafting team, for a Junior Structural Technician and an Intermediate - Senior Technician; to join our team based in Auckland or Hamilton.
If you are looking to progress your career and want to gain more experience working alongside a Senior team of Drafters and Engineers, within a multidisciplinary consultancy, then we would like to hear from you.

About the role*
As a Structural Technician with us and dependent on your level of experience, we will support, develop and establish your knowledge across residential, commercial and industrial projects. As a Senior Technician you will be managing your own projects.
You will be working with the Structural team and effectively contribute to conducting conceptual and detailed drafting to prepare for technical documentation, creation of scope changes, on-site construction investigations and reports.

About you*
- Qualified with an Engineering Diploma - Civil, BEng Tech - Civil, BSc, or BEng (Hons) in Structural Engineering, or equivalent qualification
- Conversant with relevant NZ Building codes and statutory requirements and be motivated to learn and develop your expertise
- 2 years+ working knowledge and experience modelling in Revit
- A natural problem solver, with a positive attitude and willingness to grow
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Adaptable with a keen eye for detail, have excellent planning, organisation and time management skills
- Enjoy working in a team environment and communicating with a wide range of people
