This newly created role is perfect for someone who wants to transition into HR and has an interest in both General HR and talent. Whether you’re a graduate or an administrator, this could be your foot in the door to one of New Zealand's leading organisations.

As a HR Coordinator you will work across all elements of the employee lifecycle Additionally, you will manage the onboarding of new employees, ensuring each person has a great experience from day one.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Support with sourcing and selecting the best talent
- Support with ensuring its an inclusive and motivational workplace
- Administer new hire surveys and conduct regular analysis of the results; and
- Support the wider HR team with administration and project-related work.

Personal Attributes:

- Qualification in business, HR, psychology or similar is desirable
- High level of proficiency in MS Office suite
- High awareness of confidentiality issues and ethical considerations
- Working in a caring, inclusive way.
