**About the role**
As HR Coordinator, you’ll provide high quality administrative and coordination support for Vector’s People team, assisting with the day-to-day operations of the HR and Recruitment functions.

In this fast-paced role, you’ll enjoy unrivalled exposure to the breadth of Vector’s business groups and activities, and be surrounded by a supportive team committed to your development - an ideal environment to progress your career in Case in point, this position has become available due to the promotion of the incumbent.

**Who we are looking for**
- You’ll have a track record of providing administration experience in a fast-paced environment, together with an aptitude for the Microsoft Office suite and records management systems
- Your stakeholder engagement skills will be your strength, enabling you to communicate effectively and build strong workplace relationships
- You’ll have an eye for detail, and a continuous improvement mindset
- You’ll be driven by the desire to provide an exceptional customer experience
- Previous HR experience, or familiarity with Immigration New Zealand’s visa avenues, is advantageous.
