In this role you’ll be leading a team that provides high-quality software implementation and support services to customers in the APAC region throughout the customer journey. You will act as the conduit between the customer and technical teams, providing guidance that ensures the functional and technical capabilities of the software and customisations match with your client's requirements.

We are looking for:

- Microsoft D365 F&O certification
- Minimum 8 years experience w. Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations
- Proven experience in implementing system design and process improvements
- Experience working with enterprise customers to deliver customisation requirements
- Excellent leadership ability with proven results
- Sense of urgency and a strong focus on customer service and delivery
- Project management certification is desirable

This is a key role where you will provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, management and mentoring of the team of consultants and technical experts in our APAC team.
