The key responsibilities for the role include;
- Front facing customer service
- Answering calls from the 0800 numbers
- Student interview preparation
- Engaging with Faculty staff to ensure a seamless student experience
- Keeping abreast of programme information to correctly inform customers of study choices
- Accurate processing and adherence to all policies and procedures

As the ideal applicant you will have proven capability and experience in the following:

- 3 years’ experience working in a multi-functional customer service role
- 3 years’ experience working in the administration of corporate systems
- Experience in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite and telephone systems
- Proven ability to work within a team
- Strong empathy and natural ability to relate to diversity

Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills with a professional, approachable and helpful manner are the essence of this role. You will have an enthusiastic, positive and proactive working style and a strong desire to help people. A flexible outlook and an ability to prioritise workloads, multi-task, exercise initiative and achieve deadlines within an often interrupted environment.
