This role can be based in Auckland or Wellington.
**He aha tāu e mahi ana | What you’ll be doing**:
This is an exciting role for someone to lead the development and delivery of our global external and internal communications strategy. You will lead, coach and develop a team to support our external objectives with our key audiences including international influencers, and exporters and investors.. You will also ensure that our internal communications across our global teams of around 650 people are well informed and connected to our purpose and strategy. Our communications strategy and work programme is an approximate split of 80% external, 20% internal.
You'll will provide guidance to our leadership teams.. You will work closely with our offshore Marketing, Communications and Solutions teams, New Zealand based Director of Marketing, and Director of Brand and Content, and with Ministers’ offices to ensure strong collaboration and delivery.
This role will allow you to create meaningful impact not only on our one global team, and customers but also for the greater good of New Zealand.
