**ROLE SUMMARY**:

- We’re looking for a dynamic Head of Admissions (enrolment manager) to lead enrolment growth at ACG Tauranga in the Bay of Plenty.- This is a people-focused and relationship-driven role, responsible for achieving student enrolment targets while delivering an exceptional experience for families from enquiry to enrolment.- At ACG Tauranga, you’ll be part of a supportive team that is passionate about education and shaping futures. This is a fantastic opportunity to make an impact, showcase your creativity, and represent one of the region’s leading private schools.**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Drive enrolments across Primary and College by meeting or exceeding targets
- Build strong relationships with parents, community partners, and feeder schools
- Lead and support marketing initiatives (Open Days, expos, parent evenings)
- Maintain accurate CRM data and provide regular enrolment reporting
- Collaborate with school leadership, staff, and marketing to drive student retention and growth

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE**:

- Strong communication with proven sales/account management experience
- A passion for education and a commitment to outstanding customer care
- Confidence in building networks and engaging with the local community
- An organised, proactive approach, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Professionalism, polish, and be a true “people person”
- A current New Zealand driver’s licence
