**He Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the Role**
We are looking for a highly organised and efficient administrator to join the team on a permanent full-time basis (working Monday to Friday).
This position is within Te Whare Maiangiangi, our busy inpatient mental health unit at Tauranga hospital. This is a busy and varied position where no two days will be the same. You will enjoy dealing with people as your duties will include meeting and greeting visitors to the unit, processing admissions and discharges, transacting Microster and providing support to the Clinical Nurse Manager and Associate Clinical Nurse Manager team.

The successful applicant must be a proven team player with a ‘can do' attitude, a willingness to work innovatively and find solutions, alongside the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and clinical staff. You will need to have well developed computer skills and practice excellent time management. Your friendly disposition, responsiveness and personal commitment to professional excellence will ensure you can deliver the great service that is important to success in this role. A sense of humour is helpful too.
A working knowledge within a hospital environment and patient management system would be desirable but full training will be provided.
