**He Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the Role**
We have an exciting opportunity for a mid-career occupational therapist to join our team as a Medical Clinical Lead (CL) working through our medical services (Emergency Department, Admission Planning Unit and Medical wards) in the Western Bay of Plenty. There will also be an expectation of maintaining a small clinical caseload.
The CL role oversees four staff members (three Occupational Therapists, one Allied Health Assistant) as part of service delivery to our medical services.
This full-time position has arisen from a staff member moving to a different role in Hauora a Toi Bay of Plenty. You will work alongside other Occupational Therapists, Allied Health Clinical Leads and Team Leads to ensure excellent service delivery, development of this service and the staff working in these specific areas whilst having the opportunity to grow your toolkit of transdisciplinary knowledge as you journey in your career.

- Exemplary interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a hospital setting working on acute wards.
- A current Annual Practising Certificate.
- Passion and a drive to make a real difference through your work and have a strong cultural and bicultural awareness.
- A willingness to work alongside other Allied Health clinicians and leaders to help shape this medical service.
