**Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity**

The primary purpose of this role is to support the National Manager Payroll Support in delivering actionable insights and informed decision making through comprehensive data analysis and reporting.

Te Whatu Ora is a data-rich organisation - the work of this role to analyse data and create ways to use the information and insights to inform the National People Services activity.

**Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experience**
- Experience in data analysis and reporting roles. Experience producing operational business analytics analysis and reports within a government agency to inform decision making (desirable).
- Adept at comprehending data, seeing trends, and is is adept at comprehending the essence of the data and predicting future scenarios to inform thinking and decision-making.
- Ability to develop reports and databases to collect and display data.
- Sound ability to analyse, isolate and interpret needs and develop appropriate solutions.
