About the role
We're looking for a curious and detail-driven Data Analyst/Scientist to join our team. You'll help uncover trends, spot opportunities, and support decision-making by turning complex data into clear, compelling insights.
You'll work across product, operations, marketing and engineering to ensure data is accurate, accessible, and telling the right stories. This role suits someone who's passionate about clean, high-integrity data and who enjoys working across teams to bring meaning to the numbers.
What you'll do:
- Dig deep into complex datasets to uncover patterns, trends, and root causes
- Build dashboards, reports, and models that support clear and actionable insights
- Translate technical findings into compelling data stories for non-technical audiences
- Work alongside product, operations, and marketing teams to support their data needs
- Champion data quality and integrity — check, clean, and validate
- Continuously improve how we analyse, visualise, and share our data
About you
You'll likely have a background in data science, analytics, or statistics, and enjoy solving real business problems through data.
We're not expecting perfection, but strengths in most of the following areas will set you up well:
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis
- Solid Python (or R) skills for analysis, automation, and statistical modelling
- Experience with visualisation tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar
- Familiarity with AWS and data warehousing tools like Redshift
- Strong communication skills - written, verbal, and visual
- Great attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
- An inquisitive mindset - you love asking "why" and following the thread
