- Implement game-changing data classification and retention policies including tooling to ease implementation
- Craft metadata standards that make sense to both tech-savvy and the business-centric
- Partner with our teams to tackle data quality head-on

**Nā tōu rourou | What you'll bring**
- 5+ years in the data trenches (governance, analysis, or related fields)
- A knack for translating tech-speak into business language
- A track record of delivering data projects that make a real difference
- The ability to influence at all levels - from the frontlines to the board room
- Tertiary level qualification in information systems or a technology/data related field.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical abilities.
- Great communication skills.
- Documentation and testing experience.
- Some technical experience with software development/programming/databases is an advantage.
