**The Opportunity**:
We're looking for a fantastic people leader to step into the IT Applications Manager role at AsureQuality. Reporting to the Head of IT, you will manage, mentor and coach three Applications Leads that have about 3 direct reports each.

This is a full-time permanent position, based in our Burnside (Christchurch) or Mt Wellington (Auckland) office. You will be able to have workplace flexibility, receive a market fair salary and gain exposure to large scale projects.

**About You**:
To become the Applications Manager, you will have:

- A relevant tertiary qualification and strong experience in leading teams.
- Demonstrated experience managing excellent relationships with your team members, business stakeholders, and vendors, while also being involving helping develop and execute business strategies.
- As a leader, you will be driven, approachable and enjoy directing & mentoring others.
