About the Role
We're looking for a driven Account Manager to join a small, dynamic sales team. This is a hunter role focused on new business acquisition and strategic growth within the enterprise commercial sector. You'll take a consultative approach, building long‑term relationships and delivering tailored solutions – not chasing quick wins. You'll need to be adaptable, self‑sufficient, and comfortable managing your own admin, while leveraging support from senior leaders and technical presales resources. An attractive uncapped commission structure rewards your success.

Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities, focusing on enterprise commercial clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships through a consultative sales approach
  • Navigate AoG Marketplace processes and frameworks to drive successful outcomes
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design tailored managed services and security solutions
  • Manage sales administration, including contracts, proposals, and reporting

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven experience in IT Managed Services or SaaS sales, ideally with security knowledge
  • Track record of success in new business development and consultative solution selling
  • Experience selling into government and navigating AoG Marketplace
  • Strong relationship‑building skills and ability to influence decision‑makers
  • Self‑starter with adaptability to thrive in a small, fast‑moving team environment
