**Key Responsibilities Include**:
- To lead, motivate and empower a team to develop new and advanced digital capabilities by aligning technology processes with the business for continued innovation.
- Application lifecycle management (build, run, operate) across our hybrid cloud environment, including SaaS systems.
**Ko koe tēnei | About you**
As a Microsoft Cloud Applications Manager, you will bring significant experience in managing a team, setting strategic direction and building a culture to drive operational excellence.
- Significant experience working in a similar environment including experience as a technical team lead, with proven success
- Operational experience with On-Prem & Cloud toolsets, including Azure, ADO, D365 (CRM), IDM, AWS & Agile principles
- Able to constructively engage with the business, vendors or suppliers as required.
- Excellent written and oral communication - A solid understanding of the system development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Infrastructure technology experience including servers, integrations, APIs etc
You will have a relevant tertiary qualification and have solid organisational skills, including attention to detail. You'll be an exceptional communicator, able to build effective relationships with stakeholders and have proven experience in managing third party suppliers.
