About the role | Mō te tūnga
Reporting to the Manager High and Complex Needs, the central purpose of this role is the coordination and provision of quality administration services to support the smooth functioning of the High and Complex Needs Unit within the wider HCN interagency sector.

**In this role you will**:

- Provide administration support in meetings set up and management, and minutes
- Travel and invoice management for the HCN Manager and HCN Unit members
- Administer the HCN payments system, administer and support tracking and collation of information for reporting purposes
- Provide general administrative advice and support to staff in the HCN Unit and to the wider HCN services sector.

The Senior Administrator will provide a point of contact for HCN and wider cross sector enquiries about HCN plans and services. A significant component of the role is management of purchase orders in our MyFinance system as well as maintaining systems for tracking information for reporting against key performance indicators.
What you will bring | Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu
- Demonstrated experience in providing high-level administration support with accuracy
- High levels of competence in the use of the MS Office software (Work, Excel, Power Point and web browsers)
- Extensive knowledge and experience using internal financial management systems
- Ability to effectively prioritise and schedule work to meet competing deadlines
- The ability to manage sensitive and confidential information in an appropriate manner;
- Demonstrated initiative in addressing issues and problems arising in the role
- Ability to build effective professional relationships at all levels
