The Medical Management Unit (MMU) at Rotorua hospital is responsible for the day to day management of 104 Resident Medical Officer (RMO) FTE across two hospital sites at Rotorua and Taupo. This includes recruitment, orientation, roster preparation and management, leave management and the provision of pastrol care. A vacancy has arisen for a new MMU Administrator to join the team of four staff working within the unit.
This role reports to the Medical Management Unit (MMU) Coordinator and provides administrative support functions for the medical management unit.
The successful applicant must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be liaising with a young, talented, diverse group of doctors on a daily basis and it is essential that you are able to form professional, productive, friendly, and respectful relationships with them. This is a busy role but also a very rewarding one.

**Salary range**: $71,196 - $72,930 per annum
