**Some more information about the role**

This is a wide-scoped and varied enterprise risk role, where you’ll be working autonomously and cross-functionally across the organisation to uplift risk maturity.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Maintaining Group risk management and compliance collateral, tools and methodology.

Embedding the enterprise risk management framework across the organisation.

Planning and delivering training and workshops to risk champions and senior leaders to build risk capability and drive a positive risk culture.

Acting as a trusted risk advisor and building strong relationships with senior leaders and risk champions.

Supporting risk analysis and reporting for the Audit & Risk Committee.

You will be part of a fun, lively and high-performing team reporting into the Senior Risk & Compliance Manager.

**So who are you & what is your profile?**

You will be an experienced risk professional who has a commercial mindset and can easily adapt to an agile and fluid working environment.

You need to be comfortable with working autonomously and confident in working with senior stakeholders, demonstrating key influencing skills.

The key requirements to be successful in this role include:
5 years’ experience in a risk, regulatory, assurance or audit role within complex and regulated organisations/industries.

Professional services experience desirable.

Excellent verbal and written communication and report writing skills, with the ability to deliver insights and add value.

Proven ability to build working relationships, demonstrating excellent influencing skills.

Self-motivated team player.

Proficient with data e.g., PowerBi desirable

Relevant tertiary qualification e.g., legal, business, accounting

In return, you’ll receive a salary of $140-150k depending on your experience, 15% discretionary short-term incentive plus a number of other benefits, including hybrid working.
