**The role**:
Reporting to the Marketing Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day planning, organising, and delivery of an array of nationwide events, as well as growing our sponsorship partnerships portfolio.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Coordinate all logístical aspects of events, including venue selection, contract negotiation, event scheduling, on-site set up, and budget management.
- Collaborate with multiple internal customers.
- Identify and secure sponsorship opportunities to support events.
- Develop sponsorship packages and proposals.
- Conduct research to identify potential sponsors and build relationships with key decision-makers.
- Analyse event data, such as attendance, feedback, and ROI, to measure success and inform future event strategies.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and innovative event technologies.

**We are ideally looking for**:

- A Bachelor's degree in event management, marketing, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in event planning, sponsorship management, or related roles.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Someone with a great attitude who is outgoing and high paced.
