**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Promoting Events**: Promote events and activities tailored to international families to prospective attendees, emphasizing the benefits of participation in educational and community-building opportunities.
- **Client Consultation**: Respond to inquiries from parents regarding event services, including registration processes, event details, and benefits for their families.
- **Client Meetings**: Meet with parents to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized recommendations for event participation based on their family dynamics and educational goals.
- **Event Coordination**: Coordinate all aspects of event planning and execution, including venue selection, catering arrangements, transportation logistics, and participant registration.
- **Vendor Management**: Negotiate agreements with vendors and suppliers to secure services within budget constraints, ensuring that all contracted services meet the quality standards expected by our clients.
- **Participant Registration**: Organize and manage participant registration processes, providing support and guidance to families throughout the registration period.
- **Financial Management**: Manage event budgets effectively, monitoring expenses and revenues to ensure financial sustainability and accountability.
- **Stakeholder Communication**: Liaise with internal teams, educational institutions, community organizations, and local businesses to collaborate on event planning and promotion, fostering strong partnerships to enhance the impact of our events.
- **Evaluation and Reporting**: Evaluate the success of events through participant feedback and performance metrics analysis, preparing reports to inform future event planning and improvement efforts.
