As we continue to look to build a cleaner and brighter future, the quality of our customers power supply plays a critical part of that. You will continue to focus on a high-quality network with an emphasis on customer satisfaction and network safety.

You’ll be proactive while investigating our customers concerns and issues with the purpose of mitigating or eliminating distribution or customer-imposed network quality problems. Our future, and how we do things is important in this position, you will be actively involved in the integration of emerging technologies to maintain our network quality.

**A little more about the role**:

- Partner with customers to attain amicable solutions to our network quality, regulatory limits and reliability deficiencies
- Calculate and set harmonic emission limits for customers and produce power quality reports
- Provide specialist measurements services; supporting internal and external stakeholders contributing with solutions to poor network performance
- Be a technical consultant and mediator between customers and Orion, when dealing with controversial related network quality problems
- Proactively monitor the lifecycle of key network assets to ensure continuation of a high-quality delivery of supply to connected customers

**A little more about you**:

- Relevant tertiary qualification with 5 years’ experience in the electrical industry
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
- Understanding of the NZ Regulatory environment, in particular the Electrical Authority - Code of Compliance
