We have an exciting and diverse opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to join our team in Wellington.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a driven and proactive Account Manager, you will manage a diverse portfolio of large to small accounts. You will also deliver exceptional service, build trusting relationships with current and new members and identify opportunities to maximise their membership and unlock great value.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Developing and executing strategic account plans that deliver growth, profitability and client satisfaction
- Developing trusted relationships with members and being the key point of contact for accounts
- Identifying insights that deliver growth opportunities which create value for members
- Developing strong relationships with internal stakeholders to facilitate action on member feedback
- Support regional teams with B2B and B2C engagement with local councils, advisory groups and committees to identify new business opportunities

- Prior account management/Client relationship management experience, preferably within Accounting, Financial Services or Banking industry
- Highly developed communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to successfully collaborate to engage, influence and maintain productive customer and internal stakeholder relationships across all levels
- Ability to identify account management risk and provide solutions to mitigate member impact
- Commercial acumen and analytical ability to convert insights into value for our members
