This company has been in business over 10 years and is continuing to grow because of this they are looking to on board a skilled Finance Administrator to join their busy team in Porirua.

**Your new role**
***
In your new role you will play an important role within the team, responsible for all financial functions for the business including accounts payable, accounts receivable, tracking of sales, payroll along with cashflow, projections.

Some of the main tasks include:

- Daily reconciliation using XERO
- Daily tasks such as managing inboxes and filling
- Communicating with key stakeholders and suppliers
- Payroll administration using Ipayroll

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful in this role you will need:

- Strong background in financial administration
- Ideally experience using XERO and Ipayroll
- Strong customer focus
- Ideally experience working in a small team
- Experience with process improvement
