Our client is looking for a proactive, driven, flexible and dynamic person to hit the ground running within the FMCG Industry As a Sales Representative in the Wellington and Hawkes Bay region, you'll be the face of the business within your territory of customers - being their go-to for all their needs, and consistently providing them with exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for developing relationships with customers to ensure excellence in-store KPI's, and successful promotions and launches deployment. Manage and negotiate volumes, and pricing with customers ensuring that maximum sales are achieved.

This is a great opportunity for a Coordinator looking to step into their next challenge This is a busy role and to be successful you will be able to think on your feet, have strong communication and relationship building skills, work in an agile environment and have a keen eye for detail.

**This role will be managing the Wellington to Hawkes Bay region. The role is fully remote, with 2 nights a fortnight away.**

**The Role**:

- Negotiate financial terms and agree ranging of NPD within business case, ensure all invoices are captured and processed within time period
- Manage territory and call cycle in line with expectations set by National Field Manager and National Business Manager of account
- Achieve core ranging targets as set for territory
- Attend Sales Conferences and internal/external trainings
- Provide product and service advice
- Ensure point of sale is of high standard
- Develop and maintain efficient and effective customer call cycle

**About You**:

- FMCG field sales or experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Clear Communication
- Excellent people relationships and negotiating skills
- Computer Literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently
