**About the Role**

We are looking for a self-motivated and reliable person to join our yeast production plant as a General Hand. You will assist in the production of yeast products, operate our equipment and ensure we meet the specifications for quality and safety. Ideally you will have some experience in a similar industry/role. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your understanding of our processes and systems, enabling you to perform successfully in this role.

**About you**

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:

- A willingness to learn and develop within the business. We are willing to provide industry-based training to the right person.
- Good attitude and a can-do approach to safe working within a small diverse team.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Health and Safety & Food Safety conscious.
- Experience in operating equipment and following instructions.
