**The role**:
As a Drainage Leading Hand, you will play a pivotal role in supporting construction projects, ensuring high-quality standards, and fostering a safe, collaborative work environment within your specialized field.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and oversee site vehicles, plant, and equipment related to drainage projects.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to site personnel within the drainage field.
- Manage work site requirements efficiently.
- Assist supervisors with resource planning.
- Conduct quality control checks.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders and management, representing the company's standards in drainage.

**About You**:

- Health & Safety Focused. Actively champion safety as the top priority on site
- Excellent time management. Driving timely completion of tasks
- Problem-solving skills, a solution-focused mindset, and a positive attitude are essential attributes for success in this role
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team.
- Proficiency in using hand tools specific to drainage work
- Physical fitness for full-day outdoor work

**To be successful, you will have the following**:

- Full Class 1
- Working at heights or confined spaces qualification
