**What you’ll be doing**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Account Manager to join our team based in Auckland. Bringing rich and deep customer management skills, you’ll work in a dedicated and engaged Sales and Service Delivery Team.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and ensuring the delivery of sales and service outcomes for some of Chorus’ key customers.

As an Account Manager, some of the ways you will contribute;
- Manage the program of activity to retain and grow customer revenue - ensure the growth of customer spend and uptake of Chorus products via sales of new products/services and upsell campaigns/initiatives
- Work closely with the Account Team and Lead to support, create, maintain and execute a robust strategic account plan that ensures Chorus’ largest customer is informed and in a position to get the most out of the Chorus relationship/products/services.
- The Account manager will be responsible for the establishment and maintenance of stakeholder relationships within a complex and ever-changing organisational structure.
- Ensure high quality Account Planning/deliverables in line with the organisations strategic objectives
- Work with wider team to deliver Competitive Bid Response
- Lead Account Specific Project Management to deliver customer projects in full and on time
- Ensure Customer Reporting to deliver performance awareness and highlight areas of opportunity for growth

**What you’ll bring to the table**:
To be successful in this role you will have:

- 3+ years proven Customer Management experience
- 5+ years of Account Management experience
- Experience working within Agile frameworks and with an adaptive mindset
- Positive energy, confidence, and determination to drive for results
- Able to work well under pressure and in a complex business to business relationship
