I’m looking for an experienced administrator for a 6-week temp contract based out of Otahuhu.

My client’s company is leading the way in multi-technical building services with divisions across audio visual, mechanical, fire, communication & electrical solutions. They are needing a fast paced temp to dive right in with a focus in assisting across invoicing back log.

**Specifics**:

- Temp contract for 5 weeks
- Monday to Friday, 7am - 4.30pm
- Located in Otahuhu
- $26 - $30 hourly

**The role**:

- General clerical office support
- Handling queries - internal and external clients
- Processing invoicing
- Scanning, filing, and processing job orders
- Reception work
- A fast paced and can-do attitude capable of handling high volume levels
- Exceptional communication skills
- Experience processing invoices
- Proficient across Microsoft suite, Pronto and Zendesk
- Accounts administration knowledge a bonus
