**The Role**

As an Associate Development Manager in the Industrial Development team, you will be a key contributor and team member with a range of responsibilities across several developments. Reporting to the Head of Industrial Development, you will require foundation and emerging skills across, design, consenting, land development, delivery and commercial and market awareness and a willingness to create developments that respond to market demands and future trends. You will be responsible for assisting in the identification of new projects, and the complete delivery of these projects from inception through to the successful completion of the industrial subdivision and/or building delivery, including sales and handover to purchasers.

**About You**

We’re seeking someone with a genuine interest in pursuing a career in development, who has a working knowledge of processes such as master planning, design, titling, financial management and/or feasibilities and consenting.
- Other relevant qualifications, skills & experience include:

- Experience in Property, Construction, Engineering or Planning and a relevant degree
- Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills and an ability to develop strong, constructive relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills and influencing skills
- A desire to learn and develop your current skills and experience
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Ambition and drive to get results, and able to use your own initiative
