As a Business Development Associate at Gallup, you will unlock the world’s potential by helping to generate sales of our analytics and advice. You will partner with a team of experienced Senior Business Development Consultants, supporting them on sales leads and inbound enquiries, and learning from them as you develop your knowledge of our products and services.

**What you need**:

- Bachelor’s degree required
- At least one year of experience in sales, fundraising, recruiting, or entrepreneurial efforts in school, an internship, or professional work preferred
- Track record of outstanding performance in education, activities, and previous work experiences
- Full fluency in English
- Must be authorized to work in New Zealand on a full-time basis
