On Call employees are an essential part of our business as we call on them to assist us as and when required. You might be called in to cover illness, extended leave or help us our during our peak delivery periods. It's a great way to balance work and lifestyle As a Mail and Customer Service Officer your role is critical to customer experience by providing an outstanding level of customer service, working from any of our three Box Lobby sites on Anglesea Street CBD, Te Rapa and Chartwell.

**In this dynamic job you will**:

- Assist customers with retail and box lobby services
- Help with customer compliants and queries
- Sort and dispatch our customer's parcels and mail
- Handle freight in a careful and professional manner
- Liaise with various internal contacts to solve problems and raise issues where required
- Provide administration support
- Be available to cover shifts between 3am to 5:45pm Monday to Friday and 5am to 12:30pm Saturdays (please note each box lobby has different opening/closing hours which will be discussed at interview)

**To be successful in this role you will need to**:

- Be passionate about providing the best customer service
- Be ready for a physically demanding role and be comfortable lifting up to 25kgs
- Be a committed teammate who puts customers first
- Enjoy working hard and be confident managing your time
- Have a valid restricted or full New Zealand drivers license
- Have an accurate eye for detail
- Have good geographical knowledge of the Waikato region
