As part of our Sales and Customer Engagement team, you’ll collaborate with a leading external agency and internal stakeholders to drive measurable growth, shape our brand narrative, and ensure our products and services shine in the market.

**What you'll do**
- **Lead Performance Marketing**: Own paid media strategy across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic channels.
- **Amplify Brand Presence**: Ensure consistent brand positioning and develop creative assets that differentiate DEFEND.
- **Drive Campaign Excellence**: Translate business goals into actionable media briefs and optimise campaigns using CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPA metrics.
- **Manage Agency Relationships**: Be the go-to liaison for our marketing agency, ensuring timelines, budgets, and KPIs are met.
- **Deliver Insights**: Provide clear reporting and actionable recommendations to iterate and scale high-performing initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- 3-5+ years in digital or performance marketing, ideally with agency collaboration.
- Expertise in tools like GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Looker Studio.
- A strategic mindset with sharp attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
- Experience in brand development and content strategy.
