**Te Whiwhinga Mahi | The Opportunity**

We’re on the lookout for a Marketing Platforms Lead who can blend strategic thinking, technical know-how and leadership skills to deliver exceptional digital experiences. In this pivotal role, you’ll shape the future of our websites and marketing automation platforms - ensuring they’re aligned with our business goals and customer expectations.

As the Marketing Platforms Lead, you’ll own the strategy, development, and execution of initiatives across our marketing platforms. You’ll play a critical role in acquiring, engaging, and retaining customers by managing and optimising our martech stack and websites for performance, innovation, and impact.

You are a tech savvy, seasoned website or marketing automation leader, ideally within a large, multi-faceted organisation. Your expertise and leadership make you an invaluable asset to our team.

You’ll bring to the role:

- Proven experience leading marketing platforms or martech strategies at scale
- Strong understanding of web technology, automation platforms, UX, and digital integration
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on, solutions-driven approach
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive collaboration across teams
- Leadership experience in managing high-performing, cross-functional teams
- Passion for innovation and staying ahead in the digital marketing landscape
