What you will enjoy doing

• Actively driving new business growth in your territory – building the pipeline, owning the sales cycle, and closing deals
• Developing strong, long-term customer relationships across industrial and welding sectors·
• Working closely with your branch team and support network to deliver a seamless, high-quality customer experience
• Identifying and helping to commercialise new gas opportunities in collaboration with the BOC sales team
• Providing expert advice and support to customers using your technical knowledge of welding processes and applications
• Maintaining a strong commitment to safety with a focus on zero harm to people or the environment

• You've proven your ability to generate and grow new business, ideally in technical or industrial environments
• You understand the welding or gas industry (or have the aptitude to learn fast)
