**Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and interventions for patients with diverse needs.
- Demonstrate exceptional clinical reasoning skills to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
- Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in written reports, to document progress and maintain accurate records.
- Prioritize workload and manage time efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of therapy services.
- Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives within the department.

**We are looking for someone who has**:

- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as an Occupational Therapist.
- Sound clinical reasoning abilities with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Motivated self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload effectively.
- Desirable: Prior experience in inpatient or rehabilitation settings.
- Must hold a full, valid New Zealand driver's license.
