We’re searching for an inspiring leader to deliver our Kaimahi Experience strategy, supported by a team who are engaged and ready to go. Your focus is on workplace culture and engagement, creating and executing initiatives that enhance the overall kaimahi experience while continually looking for ways to enhance those experiences. All this, while providing opportunities for your team to grow and develop their own capability.

**Mōu | About you**

Key to your success in this role will be proven experience designing and implementing programmes that have truly shifted the dial on kaimahi experience and engagement. You’ll also demonstrate:

- Success in leading and developing a team of capable, engaged, highly skilled individuals.
- Proven experience planning and executing short
- and long-term programmes using project management methodologies.
- A willingness to participate in cultural activities and develop an understanding of Āhuatanga Māori (values, culture and tikanga).
- Previous experience working within a kaupapa Māori workplace (a real advantage but not essential).
- An open, collaborative style that shows not only in your leadership style, but in the lasting relationships you build and your ability to influence.
- Demonstrable expertise in gathering and interpreting insights that measure success, highlight opportunities, and inform decision-making.
- A desire to champion diversity, promote inclusivity and understanding.
