Are you passionate about delivering exceptional event experiences? Join our dynamic team at H3 as a Client Experience Coordinator, where you'll play a key role in ensuring seamless on-site client and venue management for incoming events.

Reporting to the Client Experience Team Leader, you'll be the operational point of contact for clients and venues, managing service requests, logistics, and ensuring every detail is executed to the highest standard. Your focus will be on delivering efficient, professional service across all H3 venues, ensuring both client and attendee needs are met with excellence.

As an individual contributor, your work will directly support H3's purpose: to deliver exceptional event and venue experiences.

Qualifications

We have 2x casual opportunities available. We're looking for people who are deadline-driven, detail-oriented, and excited by the buzz of live events. Ideally, you'll have:

  • Flexibility to work on a casual, rostered basis – including evenings and weekends based on event schedules.
  • Confidence in addressing situations and conveying information clearly and creatively.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and face-to-face communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Analytical thinking with the ability to interpret and present data accurately.
  • A full, clean driver's license is essential.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • A strong alignment with H3's guiding principles and values.
  • Experience in a related industry such as events, facilities management, food and beverage, or hospitality
