- We’re on the lookout for a motivated and people focused **Sales Cadet & Delivery Specialist** to join our New Vehicle team at **Rutherford & Bond Toyota Wellington.**

What your day could look like**:

- Guiding customers through their vehicle journey - from the first interaction and beyond, with warmth, care, and professionalism
- Building lasting relationships and creating memorable experiences for every customer
- Working closely with our Sales, Finance & Insurance, Service, Parts, and Marketing teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Providing quality support for our Toyota New Zealand Direct customers
- Staying up to date with Toyota’s latest models, technology, and hybrid innovations
- Maintaining accurate records and supporting the smooth running of daily Toyota Store operations
- Helping to support our community alongside our wider team-

- You're genuine, positive, and motivated by helping others. Whether you're experienced in sales or looking to grow into it, you bring curiosity, resilience, and take pride in doing what you say you will.
- You’ll bring:

- Sales background or previous experience would be an advantage, but not necessary
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive mindset and the ability to stay composed when things get busy
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A full NZ driver’s licence and NZ working rights-
