This role is for a six week contract while one of our staff go on holiday. The shift runs from 6:00 am in the morning to 2:30 pm in the afternoon and does involve weekend work.

Customer Service:

- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.

Establish and maintain positive relationships with residents to enhance their overall living experience. Ensure all facility bookings are delivered to residents on time and in a clean and tidy state. Communication:

- Act as a liaison between residents and community and property managers,, ensuring effective communication of important updates, events, and policies.
- Facilitate clear and open lines of communication within the resident community through newsletters, announcements, and community forums.
- Ensure that all outstanding issues received in shift are acknowledged.

Issue Resolution:

- Address and resolve resident concerns, escalating issues to appropriate channels when necessary.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure that resident concerns are effectively resolved and expectations are met.

Move-In/Move-Out Support:

- Assist new residents during the move-in process, providing information, resources, and support to facilitate a smooth transition.
- Coordinate move-out and document processes
