We're looking for a talented and energetic person to join our Christchurch-based IT team. In this role you will work as part of a friendly, professional team and offer IT support to the people behind brands like Continental Cars BMW, Porsche, MINI, Ferrari, Audi, and Volkswagen - as well as a range of other leading names in commercial transport.

- Setting up and managing user accounts in D365, Autoline and Active Directory

- Management of a small group of suppliers, vendors, and service providers

The support you offer will come in all forms including online, phone and in-person site visits, so we're looking for a personable, confident individual who enjoys working as part of a team. When things go wrong, you'll be keen to jump in and help us resolve major issues. You'll be based in our Hornby office, working 40 hours Mon-Fri between the hours of 7.00am and 5.30pm. There is no out of hours support at this stage however this may be added later in the year, for which you would be compensated.
- A relevant tertiary qualification and a minimum of one-two years' experience in an enterprise IT environment.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft systems including Active Directory, Azure, SCCM, Intune, M365 Office Suite, SharePoint Online, and D365.
- Knowledge of D365, Autoline, or similar ERP/CRM system such as Navision or Sales Force.
- The initiative and people skills to provide effective troubleshooting assistance.
- Strong communication skills and a focus on customer service - you'll be clear, friendly, and concise.
- Good time management skills and proven ability to see projects through to completion.
