This is an exciting and challenging role as Healthworks provides the prescriptions for North Canterbury and it also does the special foods for Canterbury.

You are someone who is keen in working with Community Pharmacy. You are consistently accurate and a quick learner. You are friendly and possess excellent interpersonal skills. You have innate ability to build strong rapport with customers and team members.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**

As a Technician, your role will involve but not limited to:

- Assisting the team in the dispensary of medicines and labelling all the way to the final accuracy and clinical check stage.
- Providing healthcare advice, product recommendations, and counselling customers.
- Assist customers with their prescriptions and general enquiries.
- Dispensary stock management and replenishment.
- Updating customer files and other administrative tasks.
- Experience with Blister Packs, batches and general daily dispensary tasks will be an advantage but not necessary.
- A professional attitude and a high level of attention to detail.
- Holds a Level 4 or higher New Zealand Pharmacy technician certificate.
- Experience with Toniq Dispensary Software essential.

Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work permit.
