**What will you be doing?**

We are on the hunt for an Intermediate Support Analyst for our Customer Support team to work with Professional Services, Solution Adoption, Managed Services Infrastructure, Support and other teams to provide clients with a world class stable solution platform and participate in On-Call Rotation. In this role, you will be continually thinking and challenging existing processes to enable efficiency and lead training sessions for Orion Health colleagues ensuring knowledge sharing as necessary.

As a Support Analyst, you will:

- Providing outsourced Infrastructure and Application services to our clients across the APAC region.
- Hold the responsibility for the daily monitoring, management, troubleshooting and issue resolution for population health services customers.
- Participate in the daily management of the Managed Services Application Stacks either in our Hosted Environment or on Client Premises as assigned and coordinating with the team to maintain Service Level Agreements.
- Go on call once every 5-6 weeks where you are responsible for answering all calls, picking up on alerts generated by our monitoring systems for potential issues and working with clients on P1 and P2 issues.

**What will you bring to the role?**
- **Skills**:You must have experience in writing scripts in Javascript, Shell, Powershell and/or Ansible. SQL or similar scripting experience will be highly advantageous. Familiarity with Cloud technologies, particularly AWS, is also a must Jack of all trades, you will also have excellent written and verbal communication with an appreciation for outstanding customer service.
- **Characteristics**:As an individual, you are organised and self-managing, however you enjoy working collaboratively with the development, customer and delivery teams in testing, implementing change and documentation
