**Job Description**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated and professional Senior Hotel Receptionist to join the team at Oaks Wellington Hotel on a full-time basis.

The moment a guest steps into our hotel you will make them feel at home with your welcoming and warm presence. You have the important job of guiding guests through their stay, from smooth check-ins and check-outs to insights on the local attractions and eateries, you will be remembered for your superb customer service and positive energy.

**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Welcome and check in guests
- Communicate professionally
- Make bookings
- Assist guests during their stay
- Coordinate luggage handling and storage

Expected hours: 40 per week

Location: Oaks Wellington Hotel - 89 Courtenay Place, Te Aro, Wellington, 6011

Hourly Rate: $28.18 p/h

Approved Sponsor: Oaks Hotels & Resorts Suites

**Qualifications**:

- Previous front office experience in a hotel environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills and an unwavering positive attitude
- The ability to successfully provide a high level of customer satisfaction
- Professional presentation essential
- Availability to work a variety of shifts Monday to Sunday on a rotating roster, including weekends, school holidays and public holidays.
