We are a WEL KNOWN cafe and seeking a capable for an enthusiastic Café Manager to work on a full-time basis in our cafe.

The suitable applicant will need to be flexible with working hours which includes weekends.

The café Manager will manage daily aspects of running the cafe, contribute to the planning of menus, stock control, and ordering of goods.

You will ensure the cafe environment is kept clean, tidy, and presentable and coordinate the staff, including recruiting, training, and staff rosters.

You will handle the cash and undertake daily reconciliations. Operates strict Food hygiene, Health, and Safety Regulations, ensuring daily cleaning and temperature monitoring.

Cafe Manager, you will be primarily responsible for these duties:
Menu Planning and Costing, coffee making, Supplies Ordering

Budgeting and setting Cost Control measures

Building Relationship with clients

Customer Satisfaction

Staff Management
