- ** About the role**

Single Point of Entry (SPOE) is a person - s initial contact with the mental health services. We streamline the way people are referred for the Adult Community Mental Health Services they require. We are a tight knit, multidisciplinary team made up of registered Nurses, Social Workers and Occupational Therapists.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support clinical staff in a non-front-of-house administration role
- Answer and triage phone calls from the public, GPs, NGOs, and professionals
- Process referrals to specialist mental health services
- Perform accurate data entry and type letters
- Working collaboratively in a small, supportive team

As part of the Administration and Clerical Pay Equity Claim settlement this role has been mapped to National Band 4/Profile 4A
