Infrastructure and Digital Assets (IDA) provides a range of services to support the delivery of Corrections' core business and ensure we can maintain consistent service delivery regardless of external events and crises.

**The group comprises four key areas**: Asset Management, Procurement, Public Private Partnerships and Digital.
Mō te tūnga | About the role
The Workplace Services Manager leads and manages the team who deliver Facilities Management; front and back of house services; and support for National Office. The role has a focus on developing, maintaining a highly capable team to consistently provide high levels of service through sound leadership, staff support and coaching.
Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experience
- Proven experience in successfully overseeing a team to deliver building, facilities and office services with a strong focus on quality and customer service.
- Proven leadership and managerial experience in the provision of effective supervision, motivation and support of staff.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with peers and manage stakeholder relationships at a senior level.
- Highly organised with excellent time and workload management skills to ensure effective prioritisation and co-ordination of tasks and processes to meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and maintain professional working relationships with a diverse cross section of people across a range of organisational levels.

Midpoint for this role is $113,596.
